- What's the minimum order?
There's no minimum — order one piece or a hundred. Larger runs earn better per-unit pricing, so tell us your quantity and we'll work out the best rate.
- How do custom orders work?
Send us the details and any artwork through the custom order form and we'll reply with a quote. Once you approve it, we send a digital proof for your sign-off.
We only go to production after you've okayed the proof, so there are no surprises.
- Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload your design when you request a quote. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) or a high-resolution PNG give the cleanest result, and we'll let you know if anything needs tweaking before printing or engraving.
You're responsible for having the rights to any artwork you send us.
- Do you ship, or can I pick up?
Both. We ship anywhere in Canada, and local customers can pick up for free in Wetaskiwin. You choose when you check out or approve your quote.
- What can you make?
Custom apparel like shirts and hoodies, engraved and printed glassware, signs, keychains, and more. If you've got an idea, ask — if we can make it, we will.
